The flat currently has two working professionals, and we’re looking for someone easy-going and respectful to join the household with no unnecessary drama. 😊

🍽️ Additional household services:

👩‍🍳 A cook comes twice a day and prepares three meals and does the dishes — ₹2500 per person/month

🧹 Maid services are available for cleaning — ₹1000 per person/month and an additional ₹1000 per person for laundry and folding (optional)

💡 Additional charges include electricity, Wi-Fi and gas cylinder expenses which are divided amongst three.

💰 Rent: ₹18,000/month

🔐 Security deposit: 1 month’s rent
