King size Bed

Huge wardrobe

The room has separate washroom(not attached) and attached balcony.

The building has a lift accessible 24*7.

There are 2 guards available 24*7 in the building premises.

Parking is available within the building.

All the major market is located nearby on walking distance.

The location is prime very close to Qutab metro.

The rent is only 16000(maid 1k + maintenance 1k) included

Security deposit: 12000

WiFi charges: 333/- per month(this is paid bi-annually so the recharge is done twice per year. You will get the WiFi already set up)

The flat will be available from November 2, that can be discussed. Please find the pictures for your reference.
