I’m looking for someone to temporarily take over my fully furnished 1BHK flat near Suncity, Ibbaluru for 1 month while I’m away.

(Please note: stay available for the said dates only)

🏢 Floor: 3rd floor

🛏️ 1 BHK + 2 bathrooms fully furnished

💰 Rent: ₹26,000/month

⚡ Electricity: Usually nominal, <₹200/month. I’ll share the actual bill.

💧 Water: as per usage, <500/ month. I’ll share the actual bill.

🔐 Security deposit: ₹26,000 — fully refundable at handover

📄 Verification: A copy of a valid ID (Aadhaar or equivalent) will be required.

🛋️ About the flat

The flat is fully furnished, and everything you see in the pictures is my personal setup/furniture. It’s a small, comfortable home that I’ve set up over time, so I’m looking for someone who will keep it clean and treat it like their own home while I’m away.

A few important things:

No maid or cook currently — I generally manage the chores myself. 😄

Snabbit is available if you’re feeling lazy or need some help.

There are quite a few plants 🌱 — please water them and don’t let my plant die. 😂

No major restrictions otherwise, except: after 10 PM, food/order deliveries need to be collected from downstairs.

No gender bar.

The owner will be aware of the temporary rental arrangement.
