* Gym, movie theatre and Fresh Corner nearby

* Vegetables, groceries, laundry, ice cream and all daily essentials within walking distance

* Car and two-wheeler parking available

* Fully equipped kitchen

💰 Rent & other costs:

* Monthly rent: ₹19,118, including maintenance

* Setup cost: ₹10,000

* Security deposit: ₹41,667, fully refundable when you move out and find a replacement, as per the arrangement

The owner is super chill and doesn’t interfere unnecessarily.

Honestly, it’s a steal deal for the society and location! I wouldn’t have left if work weren’t taking me elsewhere. And trust me, this home has been lucky for me. ❤️
