Hi. I am looking for a flatmate to take up a room in a 2 BHK in Diamond District, Domlur.

Please read the details below, and fill the Google form (will take 30 secs only) if you are interested.

**All other details and more photos in the form. I will be tracking through the Google form only. You can put your questions in the form, please don’t DM regarding that.**

**Details:**
* Move in from 1st November, 2026
* Inside facing semi-furnished spacious 2BHK flat
* Lots of amenities in the society - parking, gym, swimming pool, badminton, squash, tennis
* **Very** spacious master bedroom with attached bathroom and a small balcony in the room. Has a geyser and a cupboard for furnishing, but that's all.
* **Rent: 25.5k** (your share). **Maintenance:** 5k / 2 = **2.5k**
* **Cook + househelp:** 9.5k / 2 = **4.75k**. Not too keen on changing the cook.
* Electricity and water bill based on usage, around 1.5k per person per month.
* Setup cost is involved. More details in the google form

**Strict Requirements:**
* Vegetarian (eggs are okay)
* Non-smoker
* No pets
