Room in a 3 BHK

2 rooms available in a fully furnished 3BHK duplex, HSR Layout Sector 7 (from nov 1)
Hi everyone,

I just found a lovely 3BHK duplex in HSR Sector 7, near Asha Tiffins. It's well ventilated, gets great sunlight, and is in a prime location with a park nearby. We're taking one room and looking for two flatmates for the other two, available from November 2.

About the place

• Fully furnished. Just bring your bags (and a mattress if you like).

• Every room has an attached washroom, plus there's a common one. So 4 in total.

• Couples or bachelors (male/female) are all welcome.

House rules

• No smoking or drinking in the common areas. Your own room or the terrace is fine.

• We'd like everyone to keep the hall, kitchen and common washroom clean and tidy.

• We're still looking for a cook and a maid, so that's something we can sort out together.

Rooms

• Room 1: ₹ 26,500/month. (Taken by us, a couple)

• Room 2: ₹25,500/month

• Room 3: ₹28,000/month

One-time cost per room

• Deposit: ₹80,000

• Brokerage: ₹20,000

• Utensils setup cost: ₹6,667

Total financials for the house

• Rent: ₹80,000/month

• Deposit: ₹2,40,000 (3 months rent)

• Brokerage: ₹60,000
