Hey everyone! We have a spacious private room with attached washroom opening up in our 3BHK flat from *1st December.*
We're looking for someone who enjoys a relaxed, friendly home, whether that's chatting over dinner, exploring cafes and bars, or playing a sport together.
*Rent & Other Details*
1. Rent: ₹27,600/month
2. Maintenance: ₹10,000 quarterly (approx. ₹3,300/month)
3. Security Deposit: ₹1,00,000
4. Common Furniture: ₹1,800/month per person
5. Appliances: ₹5,000 one-time cost for the refrigerator, washing machine and stove
6. Move-in: 1st December
The flat is semi-furnished. There are some additional shared household setup costs, which we can discuss separately.
*Bedroom Furniture*: The room comes with a cupboard, but several additional items are available to purchase from the outgoing flatmate at discounted prices, including an IKEA height-adjustable study table, ladder shelf, lamps and other essentials. You can see these in the photos/video. Completely optional but highly recommended!
*A little about us*- We're two guys, one working as a Product Lead and the other as a Developer. We enjoy staying active (gym, badminton, swimming), exploring cafes and bars, and keeping the home clean, relaxed and welcoming.
*Location*- Prestige Sunnyside Oak, Kadubeesanahalli. Within 1 km of Prestige Tech Park, Embassy Tech Village and offices like Myntra, Flipkart and JP Morgan.
