Room in a flat

Male Flatmate wanted | Brigade Cornerstone Utopia
Hey folks! We’re looking for a chill, no-BS flatmate to move into one room in our flat at Brigade Cornerstone Utopia, one of the best gated communities around, with pretty much every amenity you can think of.

About us:

We’re two software engineers who keep things easygoing at home. We play badminton and squash regularly, so if you’re into sports, even better!

Looking for someone who is:

🚭 A non-smoker (non-negotiable)

✨ Clean and tidy (non-negotiable). Someone who genuinely enjoys a clean, cozy space and pitches in to keep it that way, both in their own room and around the house. We want this place to feel like home for all of us.

🥗 Preferably vegetarian (our cook makes only veg food)

😌 Easygoing, respectful, and drama-free

The details:

💰 Rent: ₹33,000 (for the room)

🔐 Deposit: 3 months’ rent

🍳 Cook: ₹3,500

🧹 Maid: ₹1,700
