Looking for a male non-vegetarian flatmate to take my replacement spot in a 3BHK semi-furnished apartment in Indiranagar.

Location: Heart of Indiranagar, just 2 mins walking distance from Indiranagar Metro Station. The area is very good, residential and well connected.

Apartment Setup:
3 occupants in total, including you.
Each person has:

- Private bedroom
- Private washroom

Shared spaces:

- Kitchen
- Dining area
- Hall
- Common washroom

Monthly Charges Per Person — Fixed & Non-Negotiable

- Rent: ₹24,150/-
- Maid + Cook: ₹5,534/-
- WiFi: ₹236/-
- Water Purifier – Furlenco: ₹198/-
- Bed + Washing Machine + Sofa – Furlenco: ₹2,045/-
- Electricity: ₹1,050/- approx.
- Gas: ₹160/- approx.
- Grocery: ₹1,500/- approx.

Security Deposit (One-Time): ₹83,340/-

These are all the charges, shared upfront for complete transparency.

All expenses are fixed apart from Electricity, Gas and Grocery, which depend on consumption. The amounts mentioned above are close estimates based on several months of usage.

No Brokerage
Brokers kindly do not engage, as I am strictly looking for my own replacement.

Current Flatmates:
The other two boys are both IITians working in good companies. They are well-mannered, polite and accommodating.

There are no restrictions as such. We only expect basic manners, civic sense and an accommodating attitude.

Move-in Date: 1st November 2026
