We have a vacancy for a female flatmate who can occupy a whole room with adequate wardrobe space, attached washroom, and an attached balcony in a 3bhk.
NO BROKERAGE
The room is available from 1st November, 2026.
There are two working females who will be staying in the other 2 rooms. They are pretty chill and looking for someone who's friendly as well. Cleanliness is to be strictly maintained at all times.
Monthly expenses:
Rent - 9900 per head
Maintenance- 1000 per head
Maid: 1067/person
Wifi: 377/person
Per month appliances rent from rentomojo Fridge + washing machine : 759/person
Livpure: 200/ person
One time move-in expenses:
Security Deposit - 14000
Deposit for rented appliances/furniture from Rentomojo: 1022
One time Set Up Cost: 8000 (negotiable)
This includes everything: flat aesthetics + necessities (Curtains, nets on windows for entire house + clothes drying setup in balcony + centre table etc) + kitchen setup (utensils + appliances like mixer grinder, kettle) + bathroom setup (geyser, bucket, mug, racks)
Personal furniture for the bedroom (bed, mattress, workstation) to be rented by the occupant.
Common utility, grocery, and electricity bills will be shared equally.
Location: Masjid banda, CMC Enclave, Kondapur
Near the apartment we have a fully live market where everything that you need in basic living is available.
