Room in a 4 BHK · South City

🏡(NO BROKERAGE) Looking for a Female Flatmate | South City 2 We’re three girls looking for a female flatmate to join us in a 4BHK in G Block, South City 2, Sector 49 / 50 ✨ Room 3: ₹15,500/month No brokerage and owner free property. The owner is pretty chill tbh. A few things about the place: 1. Gated society in a well-connected locality (malls, market, metro, gym etc at max 5-10 mins). Nirvana courtyard is nearby too. 2. Modular setup with a spacious 4BHK. 3. Non-veg will be cooked so don't dm if that's an issue for you. 4. Maid (cooking & cleaning) and Wi-Fi already sorted, so no hassle! 5. RO and washing machine will be rented at an additional ₹400 per person. The remaining flat is fully furnished. 6. You just need to rent a bed (~1K) and move in Honestly, properties with this kind of setup usually go for ₹18–20K, so this is quite a steal! A little about us and the kind of vibe we’re looking for: People who are easy-going, respect each other’s space, and treat the flat like their own home. We’d love to keep things drama-free, especially when it comes to cleanliness, hygiene, and splitting expenses. We don’t smoke, but we do enjoy an occasional drink. Moving-in date: 30 October Interested? DM 8278513948 so we can vibe-check and discuss the details! We are looking to finalize everything this week (Video among the media.)
