I’m looking for a female flatmate to share a spacious master bedroom with me in a fully furnished 3BHK flat in Sector 57, Gurgaon. 🏡
📅 Move-in: 1st November
💰 Rent: ₹19000 (₹9,500 per person per month)
🏠 Room: Spacious master bedroom with the largest attached washroom in the flat
🚇 Location: Good connectivity to the metro, gyms and nearby markets
💸 Deposit: 2 months’ rent, to be divided between the two of us
🤝 Brokerage: 15 days’ rent, to be divided between the four of us

I’m a vegetarian, easygoing, and someone who enjoys living in a peaceful, comfortable and positive environment. I’m friendly, respectful of personal space, and believe that a home should feel like a place where you can relax and be yourself.
✨ A few things I value in a flatmate:
* 🧹 Cleanliness and hygiene are a priority for me. I like keeping the room neat, organised and clutter-free, and would love someone who shares the same mindset.
* 🌿 Vegetarian preferred.
* 🚭 Non-smoker preferred.
* 💕 Someone friendly, considerate, and respectful of each other’s routines and personal space.
