Room in a 3 BHK

Looking for a Male Flatmate | Fully Furnished 3 BHK in Suncity, Sector 54, Golf Cours
Hey everyone! We are looking for a flatmate to take up one room in our fully furnished 3 BHK in Suncity.

*The Neighbourhood & Vibe:*

If you like waking up to treelined streets, calm surroundings, and friendly neighbourhood dogs, you’ll love it here. Despite being super peaceful, we are right next to Sector 54 Chowk Rapid Metro and walking distance from South Point Mall, Third Wave Coffee, and great hangout spots. There’s also a solid gym just 300m away.

*The Household:*

We treat this place like a home, not just a crash pad. We are always up for a good conversation, sharing a meal, or unwinding together, while completely respecting each other's personal space and downtime.

We’re looking for someone chill, open-minded, and non-judgmental who values a clean, well-kept common space and naturally pitches in to keep the house running smoothly.

No landlord restrictions.

(Note: It’s a non-veg friendly kitchen, so you should be comfortable with that!)

*Security Deposit:* ₹37,000 (refundable)

*Cook:* ₹3,000/month

If this sounds like your kind of home, drop me a DM with a little bit about yourself, what you do, and what a typical week looks like for you.
