I’m looking to rent out my spacious, clean and well-maintained room for around 6–8 or maybe few couple months more, as I’ll be away on a work tour during this period.

📍 Location: Ramdevnagar, Satellite — just around 200 metres from Star Bazaar, Jodhpur, Ahmedabad 📍

💰 Rent: ₹9,500/month

🔐 Deposit: 2 month’s rent (₹19,000)

🚫 No Brokerage

✨ Room & Flat Amenities:

🚿 Attached washroom (it has shower head as well)

🌿 Attached balcony — perfect for fresh air & evening chai ☕

👗 Wardrobe

❄️ AC

🛏️ Bed

🍳 Kitchen

🧺 Washing machine

🧊 Fridge

🛵 Activa parking

🏡 Gated society — peaceful & secure, with no unnecessary chaos!

🧹 Clean & comfortable flat

🫶🏻 Very sweet, friendly & easygoing flatmates who are easy to get along with

📌 House Rules:

Important: The room will be available for 6–8 months while I’m away on my work tour. Once I’m ready to return, I will provide 1 month’s notice, during which the room will need to be vacated.

Additional charges such as maid, electricity, etc. will be applicable separately. (Video among the media.)
