The original post

Hey everyone! 👋 I’m shifting to Mumbai in December and currently looking for a place to stay, preferably in **Navi Mumbai**. My first preference is to join a flat where **girls are already living and looking for a female flatmate**. I’m also open to renting a **1RK on my own**, provided it fits my budget. A little about what I’m looking for: * 🏠 A room in a shared flat with girls or an affordable 1RK. * 📍 Preferred location: Navi Mumbai (open to nearby areas too). * 💸 Budget-friendly options with **no brokerage**. * 🕊️ Preferably a place with minimal restrictions, where I can have a comfortable and independent lifestyle. * 📅 Move-in: December. * 🤝 Looking for a safe, comfortable and friendly living environment. If you’re already living in a flat and looking for a flatmate, planning to move out and need someone to take your place, or know of any leads, please DM me! Please share the **location, rent, deposit and any other details** if you have a suitable option. Would really appreciate any genuine leads. Thank you! 💗 #FlatAndFlatmates #NaviMumbai #FlatHunting #NoBrokerage
