We are a working couple looking for a 2BHK apartment for rent in Hyderabad, preferably in a modern, gated residential society.

📍 Preferred locations: Areas with convenient connectivity to HITEC City and Somajiguda, ideally within an 8–12 km radius of our workplaces or with good Metro connectivity.

🏡 Our requirements:

* 2BHK in a well-maintained gated society with good amenities.

* Semi-furnished or fully furnished apartment (wardrobes, modular kitchen, and essential fittings preferred).

* Dedicated car parking is a must.

* Pet-friendly society.

* Located in a cosmopolitan, vibrant, and well-developed locality with good access to supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, shopping areas, and other daily conveniences.

* Safe, clean, and peaceful surroundings with good overall livability.

* Good road and Metro connectivity for daily commuting.

We are looking for a comfortable home in a good residential community and would appreciate any genuine rental leads, recommendations for specific societies, or contacts of property owners and genuine brokers.
