About FlatDhundo

We collect rental listings from Facebook groups, clean them up, remove duplicates, and organise them by city and area. Search by city, area, BHK, budget, and furnishing, then contact the poster directly. FlatDhundo does not charge you a fee, and it does not act as a broker.

They come from public Facebook groups for flats and flatmates. We do not own these flats, and we do not post them on behalf of owners, unless a listing is marked verified. We organise what is already posted, so you can search by area instead of scrolling through groups.

It means the listing came without a broker fee attached. It does not mean every poster is an owner. Some posters are tenants looking for a replacement or a flatmate. Check before you pay anything.

A verified listing is one we have checked. Verified homes get up to six photos, and they stay at the top of their area page for seven days. Verified does not mean we guarantee the flat.

A broker flag is a warning, not a proof. A listing is flagged when the same phone appears under two or more poster names, when a poster has many homes listed, or when the post itself states a brokerage amount. Listings with no phone are not flagged.

Each listing shows the date it was posted. New homes appear as we sweep the groups. A listing stays live until it is marked deleted, for example when the flat is rented out. A flat can still be taken by the time you contact the poster, so confirm availability before you visit.

• Visit the flat before you pay anything.
• Check the owner and the rental agreement before you pay an advance.
• Do not pay a token amount to hold a flat you have not seen.
• If a listing turns out to be a broker post, or the details do not match, report it to us.
