🌿 Looking for a female flatmate at Sobha Silicon Oasis!
We’re looking for someone to join our little home. The house gets lots of natural light and fresh air, and there are plants everywhere because we clearly have no self-control when it comes to buying plants. 🌱
Rent: ₹18,900 + ₹ 2000 (maintenance)
Deposit: ₹78,000
*Attached washroom*
The society is pretty great too. There’s a swimming pool, basketball, volleyball and badminton courts, a parlour and even a grocery store inside the society. Basically, a lot of reasons to be lazy and not leave the premises!!
We’re hoping to find someone who’s considerate, clean, respectful of shared spaces and easy to live with. We’re genuinely excited to find a flatmate, so if you’re looking for a home that feels warm and comfortable, come say hi!
And if you work around HSR, Electronic City or nearby, definitely come visit the place once. You might like it. 🙂
DM me if you’re interested!
