Looking for a male replacement to take up my spot in a beautiful, well ventilated and well-lit shared 2BHK apartment in a society from 15 November 2026. They must strictly be a working professional who maintains cleanliness in shared spaces.

The house is partially set up with a gas connection and a dining table; the fridge, washing machine, and few other appliances in the images belong to me and will not be in the house after i move out. The room comes without the furniture in the photos (though you can purchase some of these items from me if you want to), and getting shared furniture and appliances can be discussed with the other flatmate upon shifting. He works at a museum as a designer.
