Room in a 2 BHK

Hi, my current flatmate is moving out , she got hitchedd 🙂

So we are looking for a female replacement for her room. Its a 2bhk flat in a gated society in AECS layout, brookefield . Super airy and well ventilated, gets plenty of natural sunlight during the day . Its the master bedroom ( so comes with an attached washroom and balcony)

Its available from 1st december (but can be moved by a few days, if needed)

Financials go per person like

Rent - 20k a month including maintenance (40k total for the entire flat)
One time set up cost that needs to be paid to her - 10k (includes fridge, washing machine, gas stove that we bought, wifi, drinkprime rental deposits etc.)

We also have a maid charging 2k a month (1k per person) in place .
Wifi, drinkprime costs are shared amongst the two

P.S.: Since I am from West Bengal, would be more than elated to have a co-Bengali flatmate, however everyone is welcome eagerly!!
