* Separate servant quarter

* Bedrooms are unfurnished, but the common areas are being set up

We’ve already got pretty much everything needed for a comfortable home:

* TV unit in the living room

* Furniture and appliances through Furlenco

We’re also planning to get a 65–75-inch TV and speakers for the living room to complete the setup.

**💰 Monthly Expenses (Your Share)**

* Maintenance: ~₹4,000

* Cook + maid: ~₹4,000

**One-time Costs**
