Hi everyone, I have shortlisted Emaar Palm Hills, Sector 83 for buying 3 BHK property and would really value input from current residents or owners.
* How is the society maintenance and upkeep?
* How responsive is the RWA or maintenance team?
* Any recurring problems with water, power backup, security, lifts or parking?
* How are the maintenance charges compared to the service you get?
* How is the overall living experience and connectivity?
