Looking for a male flatmate | Sewri / Parel East | 39k

Hi, we are looking for a flatmate for a 3bhk house (with 3 washrooms) in Parel East/Sewri. We are two guys (one is a corporate lawyer and another works in finance).

- Rent will be 39k. House is fully set up and ready to move in

- We have got an amazing cook and maid already in place

- The house is fully furnished with beds, sofa, dining table, wardrobe, ac, fridge, kitchen, fans, RO etc.

- It's approx 3.5km from One World and One international Centre, Lower Parel

- The house is on the 20th floor of a high rise tower (23 floors in total). Society is very well maintained and has amenities including a gym, basketball court, gazebo etc.

- Rooms are sea view, facing the Atal Sea Link.

- No brokerage

- Really chill society and owner with zero interference

- Move in from mid November

Please DM me if you are interested! We are just looking for a chill flat mate to share the house with.
