Looking for Flatmates to share a semi-furnished 2BHK in Versova
There's a 2BHK semi-furnished flat near Versova metro station.
We're 2 bachelors, we'll occupy a single room. The other room is empty. We're looking for one or two flatmates to occupy the other room.
Single occupancy or double occupancy is also available for that room.
There's no bed and ac, so we need to rent it out. The rent will be divided amongst all.
The flat is on 13th floor with good view in a gated society.
Rent is 60k for that flat. We'll occupy one room so we'll be paying 30k and the rent for other room is also 30k.
If you are 2, you can easily occupy that room and share the 15-15k rent!
The rent for other electronics will be approx 6k, we'll divide it.
We found this flat through broker, so we need to divide the brokerage also!
