* House setup: ₹4,000 (recoverable from the next flatmate; includes induction, utensils, cleaning essentials, mats, mop, broom and Rentomojo deposit)

* Mattress: ₹6,000 (brand new, used for less than a month)

* Half-month rent: ₹5,250

* Half-month maintenance: ₹367

🏠 Monthly Expenses (Per Person)

* Room rent: ₹10,500 (AC included; dedicated non-attached washroom)

* Fridge & washing machine: ₹600

* Maintenance: ₹733

* Maid: ₹1,000

* Electricity: Shared among all 3 flatmates as per the actual bill.
