We’re looking for a female flatmate to replace the current flatmate in our 3BHK, available from 5th November 2026.

📍 Location: Ayyappa Society, Madhapur — near Taaza Kitchen, walking distance to Ayyappa Society 100 Feet Road

Private room in a 3BHK

Attached private washroom

Cupboards

Fan & light

Common hall with sofa

Kitchen with cupboards, stove & gas

Washing machine, fridge (rented)

💰 Rent & Deposit

Monthly Rent: ₹12,000 (includes monthly water-filter rent)

Security Deposit: ₹24,000

No separate apartment maintenance

🧾 One-Time Setup Cost

The new flatmate will need to contribute towards the existing setup. Current costs include:

Sofa – ₹2,100

Water filter – ₹833

Hangers – ₹800

Stove – ₹400

Wi-Fi – 336 (for 1 month; renewal after that)

Mixer – ₹400

Utensils - (will confirm)

The security deposit and applicable setup costs are recoverable from the next replacement when leaving.

Washing machine & fridge rented on furlenco - 1547÷3 = 516 (per month)

Installation - 139 (one time cost)

💡 Monthly Expenses

Electricity bill will be split equally among the 3 flatmates

Groceries are individual/personal expenses

Gas - 600

(LPG is shared equally among the 3. Currently, a refill costs around ₹3,100 due to no gas connection).

Grocery stores, curry points, tiffin centres and vegetable markets are all very close by

👩 We are 2 employed telugu girls looking for a Telugu-speaking female working professional who is:

Clean and responsible

Comfortable taking turns in keeping the common areas clean

Easy-going and respectful of shared spaces

Occasional friends' visits are absolutely fine. 😊
