Room in a 2 BHK

🏠 Looking for Flatmates in Vashi, Navi Mumbai!
I’m currently exploring two 2 BHK property options in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, and looking for like-minded people interested in sharing a flat.

Tentative Flat Details:

* Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

* Configuration: 2 BHK

* Floor: 8th floor

* Sharing: 3–4 people

* Monthly Rent: ₹55,000 (to be shared)

* Security Deposit: 3 months’ rent

* Brokerage: Applicable

Flatmate Preferences:

* Working professionals preferred.

* Someone who values cleanliness, personal space and an organised lifestyle.

* Vegetarians preferred (non-vegetarians are also welcome).

* Non-smokers and non-drinkers preferred.

* Not looking for regular house parties or late-night party lifestyles.

The Kind of Home I’m Looking For:

A clean, well-maintained and peaceful home where everyone respects each other’s space. Ideally, people who like an organised lifestyle, enjoy home-cooked meals, occasionally try something new together and maintain a good work-life balance.

The idea is to have a comfortable home that feels relaxing after a long day at work, rather than a crowded or chaotic shared space.
