Hi, my flatmate and I (both lawyers) are looking for a male flatmate (to join us at our 3 BHK at A Block, Shivalik Colony, Malaviya Nagar).
The block (where the flat is located) is right next to Malaviya Nagar metro station, and Eldeco Centre. Select Citywalk, Max Hospital Saket, Panchsheel and Hauz Khas are also within a couple of kilometres.
The building has a lift and stilt parking for 1 car available.
About the flat: newly-constructed, spacious apartment, 3rd floor, ample sunlight (since it’s a corner property), park facing.
Rent for the available room: INR 33,000 (negotiable with the owner).
If anyone knows of someone who may be interested, reach out to me at +91 7869239297. (Video among the media.)
