📍 Location: Bang Opposite Select Citywalk, Malviya Nagar

It has a mesmerising view on the 5th floor + password-protected elevator.

One of the biggest advantages is that this flat is in the same building I’m currently living in, so I’m already familiar with the locality and can genuinely vouch for its safety, security, connectivity, and overall neighbourhood. A huge park and hundreds of trees surrounding us. People around are chill. We are all females living here who are working.

•Common spaces include fully newly furnished living, dining room and kitchen.

• Private bedroom with attached balcony looking over Select City Walk & Hilton + a huge park. Your marble laced washroom is in the hall that is shared with another flatmate who keeps it SUPER clean and we want the same to be maintained.

It’s Indian which can be converted into a makeshift western styled.

• The room is furnished using rental furniture (Bed+AC+Study table). You can continue that or get your own.

•NO Brokerage

💰 Rent: ₹16,000/month
🧾 Maintenance: ₹1,000/month (split amongst us)

The remaining details, including utility, can be discussed together. Fixed: maid, cook, garbage disposal, electricity.
