• Vegetarian food only to be cooked in the kitchen

• Eggs are allowed

• Non-vegetarian food can be ordered and eaten in your own room

💰 Monthly Expenses (per person)

• Room rent: ₹17,738(Rent has been recently renewed in August so won’t be renewed till next August)

• Maintenance: ₹1,267

• Cook: ₹2,000–₹2,500 what we’ve paid to different cooks all year

• Electricity: No electricity bill has been charged yet.

• Security deposit to owner: ₹50,000 (refundable when you vacate, subject to the agreed terms)
