💰 RENT & EXPENSES

* Security deposit: ₹30,000

* Bed with cot: ₹3,500 (one-time)
* Study table (50 × 90 cm): ₹2,000 (one-time)
* Wall mirror: ₹2,500 (one-time)
* Refrigerator rent: ₹510/month
* Water, electricity, maid & Wi-Fi: Approximately ₹2,000/person.

Important Information Regarding Payments & Deposit
One-Time Setup Cost: The setup cost is non-refundable.
Security Deposit: The deposit must be paid directly to the flatmate who is vacating the apartment.
Token Amount: Once your stay is confirmed, a token amount must be paid to secure the room. This amount will be adjusted against the security deposit.
