📌 HOUSE RULES – PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTACTING

• Strictly no smoking or drinking inside the flat.

• House parties are strictly prohibited.

• Maintaining cleanliness and respecting shared spaces is non-negotiable.

• Cook, maid, Wi-Fi and bathroom cleaning are mandatory shared expenses.

• We prefer a peaceful, clean, comfortable and responsible living environment.

👭 WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are Bengali and we would prefer someone sharing a similar cultural background.Someone who is responsible, clean, considerate and easygoing would be an ideal fit.

💰 RENT & INITIAL MOVE-IN COSTS

• Monthly rent: ₹14,691

• Security deposit: ₹26,066

• Brokerage: ₹7,333

• Half-month rent (15th–31st December): ₹7,345.50

Initial move-in payment: ₹40,745.50

🏠 EXISTING HOUSEHOLD PURCHASES – ONE-TIME CONTRIBUTION

The two of us have already set up the kitchen, so all basic kitchen essentials are taken care of. There is NO separate kitchen setup charge.

The following household items have also been purchased. Their costs will be divided equally among all three flatmates:

• Aquaguard: ₹2,618 per person

• Washing machine: ₹2,666.67 per person

• Dining table: ₹2,500 per person

Total one-time household contribution: ₹7,784.67 per person.

In case you decide to move out in the future, you can mutually settle your share of these purchases with your replacement flatmate.

💵 TOTAL UPFRONT PAYMENT

• Security deposit + Brokerage + Half-month rent: ₹40,744.50

• Household purchases: ₹7,784.67

TOTAL: ₹48,529.17 (approximately ₹48,530)

🧹 MANDATORY MONTHLY HOUSEHOLD EXPENSES

All expenses will be equally divided among the three flatmates.
