✨ About the Flat / Flatmate Vibe

I’m pretty chill and easy-going and believe everyone should have their own space and routine. There are no unnecessary restrictions or owner interference — it’s an owner-free property.

At the same time, I do appreciate a little basic discipline when it comes to keeping common spaces clean, being mindful of each other, and maintaining a comfortable living environment for everyone.

Whether you’re home all the time or barely around, that’s completely fine — as long as we’re respectful of each other and the shared space. 😊

One small no-no: please don’t haggle over the rent, electricity or grocery expenses. The costs are fixed and we’d prefer to keep things simple and transparent.
