We are two working professionals (Lawyers) and are preferably looking for a working professional only. There are no restrictions as such since the owner lives in Noida.

The house has a spacious common living area, a spacious separate dining area, a beautiful balcony and a fully functional kitchen.

The house was completely unfurnished when we took over it. We furnished the house including all the rooms through furlenco and purchased some stuff for common use as well.

In addition to the rent, the following costs are shared among the 3 occupants:

1. Furlenco (Apart from AC): Rs. 9600 (3200/person/month)

2. Cook: Rs. 9000 (3000/person/month)

3. Water charges: Rs. 700 (234/person/month)

In addition to this a one time set-up cost of Rs. 6000 has to be paid to the outgoing flatmate which includes costs for kitchen set-up, some common furnishings etc.

Apart from this, electricity, gas will be on actuals which will be shared equally.
