Room in a 2 BHK

MALE FLATMATE REQUIRED | 1 BEDROOM IN A FULLY FURNISHED 2 BHK
📍 Location: Kalkaji – CR Park, South Delhi (Walking distance / ~200m from Nehru Enclave Metro Station)

Hey everyone,

I recently rented a spacious 2 BHK apartment here about a month ago, initially planning for my family. Since they won't be moving in right now, I have an independent, fully furnished bedroom available and am looking to share the flat with a chilled-out, responsible and working professional male flatmate.

The flat is completely set up from scratch, so you literally just need to walk in with your bags.

About the Room & Flat:

* Private bedroom equipped with AC, double bed with mattress, and spacious wardrobe

* First-floor flat with a large, airy balcony

* Fully furnished common living & dining area (sofa set, centre table)

* Fully equipped kitchen: Gas stove with cylinder, refrigerator, and RO water purifier

* Fully automatic washing machine & geyser installed

* Peaceful neighborhood with a public park just ~50 metres away

* Just a 2-3 minute walk from Nehru Enclave Metro (Magenta Line)

Rent & Commercials:

* Rent: (DM or call for rent)

* Security Deposit: 1 month’s rent

* Brokerage: Applicable (shared)

* Availability: Immediate / Ready to move in

Looking for someone who:

* Is a working professional, non-smoker, and maintains cleanliness & basic flat hygiene

* Is non-veg friendly / comfortable with non-vegetarian cooking

* Believes in mutual respect, personal space, and a hassle-free living environment

If this sounds like a good fit, feel free to drop a comment, DM me or connect directly on WhatsApp / Call at 7908550014.
