Looking for a replacement for my room in a pre-occupied 3 BHK in Sant Nagar, East of Kailash.

- Private room with separate bathroom for you. Bathroom is not attached, but outside in the living room. Other two rooms have their own bathrooms so no one will be using yours.

- Electricity charged at 10 Rs/- and there are separate meters for each room

- We have a cook (optional) and a maid (1000 Rs/head)

- All the furniture you see comes with the room, and there's also a study table in your room and geyser in your bathroom. The kitchen is already stocked with all the utensils you will need.

- Your flatmates will be a couple and another guy. All of them working.

- 600m from Kailash Colony metro and 1 km from Nehru Enclave metro (your walk here will be through beautiful park right behind Sant Nagar).

- Cost of Living Here: 17600 (Room rent) + 500 (Water motor) + 1000 (Maid) + electricity as per your meter + Washing Machine/Oven rental split + WiFi

Deposit (my share): 17000
Brokerage (my share): 10000

Immediate shifting or by 15th of November (I've paid the rent for this month, so you will be paying for the days left)
