I'm looking for a male, non-vegetarian replacement for the non-master bedroom in the 2BHK I live in right now in Godrej Prime, Shell Colony, Chembur (A massive & secure gated society)

The flat is completely furnished + cook and maid (we've been living here for a year+, so internet/washing machine/water/ironing board is all stuff we have.
No problems with water/wall-seepage/electricity/delivery people curfew/pests.
