Looking for 3 Female Flatmates – Malad West 🏡

We have a fully furnished 2 BHK flat in Malad West, and I’m looking for 3 ,/ 2 female flatmates.

* Total Rent: ₹60,000
* deposit 2 lac
* Occupancy: Preferably double sharing.
* If someone prefers single or double occupancy, that’s also fine.
* Looking for females who are comfortable with flat sharing. And

The total rent is ₹60,000, so the brokerage will be 50% of the rent, which comes to ₹30,000. This brokerage amount will be equally divided among all the occupants (3 or 4 people, depending on the final arrangement), and we will collectively pay it to the broker.

Rent and all other expenses will be shared among everyone.

Interested girls, please DM me for more details. 😊
