Hello everyone! We are two guys (25/27M) looking for a long term, clean and easy going guy to join us for taking a fresh new apartment in a 3bhk at Ivy Marvel (Akash Kiran Society, Vile Parle East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400057).

New Building, completely untouched flat we will be the first people to move in.
2/4 wheeler covered parking
Spacious unfurnished 3BHK (Owner to provide ACs in the room) - 930 Sq Ft Carpet Area
Airy apartment, with ample sunlight located in a clean locality with good quality roads and excellent connectivity.
500 metres for Vile Parle Station, 1.5 kms from CSMIA T1 Aqua Line Metro
Possession from 1st December (can try from 15th November)
40k rent per room (single room occupancy)
We are open to discuss on which rooms to go to which person
Total flat rent 1.20 Lakhs
3 months deposit (divide equally among 3 people)
One month rent as brokerage
We are planning to sign a 3 year lease with 1 year lock in, please be aware we want someone long term.
5% rent appreciation every year
We can take fridge, washing machine and RO on rent (will try to get at least one of these things installed by owner)

All rooms are single occupancy (total 3 people)

We’re both non vegetarians and we plan to cook non veg in the kitchen - please see that if you are a vegetarian you have no objections to that.

No restrictions from the owner side, except do NOT smoke inside the house and be a working professional (No students and no double occupancy).
