1 BHK flatNEW

🏡 **Looking for a Female Flatmate – 1BHK in Ghatkopar East, Mumbai**

Hey girls!

I’ve found a 1BHK in Ghatkopar East and am looking for a female flatmate to share the space with me from last week of November/December.

**🏠 Flat Details:**
* 📍 Location: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai
* 💰 Rent: ₹23,000 (₹11,500 per person)
* 🔑 Security Deposit: ₹50,000 (₹25,000 per person)
* 🏢 4th floor (no lift)
* 🛋️ Unfurnished flat
* 💧 24/7 water supply

The flat is unfurnished, so we can rent the essential furniture and appliances together depending on what we need. This way, we can set up the space according to our preferences.

**A little about me:**

I'm chill, friendly and easygoing. I like keeping my space clean and organised, know how to cook, and believe home should be a comfortable place where everyone feels relaxed and independent.

**What I'm looking for:**

Someone who is friendly, clean, considerate, helpful and preferably a non-smoker. I'd love to have a flatmate who respects personal space, communicates openly and is easy to live with.

I would prefer a **no-restrictions environment**, where we can have our own independence and feel comfortable in our home.

If you're interested, we can connect, get to know each other and visit the flat together.
