✨ Looking for a Female Flatmate! ✨
Hey everyone! I’m looking for a female flatmate to share a spacious 3BHK at Surya Towers, Izzathnagar (Shilpa Hills), Kondapur — available from Dec 1st 🏡
The flat is well-ventilated and located in a peaceful, well-connected gated community with great amenities — Swimming Pool, Gym, and easy access to major areas!
Master Bedroom – ₹21k + maintenance ( approx ~1.4k)
Please note that the rent is subject to a 10% increase from December, as per the rental agreement. We’re planning to negotiate this with the owner.
🛏️ AC, Bed & Mattress, Balcony, Attached Washroom with Steam Shower and Geyser, Dressing Table, Ample Storage
The flat has a recliner sofa set, TV, stove, and other essentials.
Rented Appliances (fridge, washing machine, purifier) — around ₹844/person.
Maid ~ ₹1.2k/person.
Free WiFi
Other bills like electricity, and gas will be split evenly.
No strict restrictions — just keep the space clean, peaceful, and respectful of each other’s privacy and comfort 😊
No brokerage❌️
👉 2 months security deposit (one-time) + 1 month running rent to be paid while moving in.
It’s a great deal, and we’re looking to finalize soon!
