Hello, I'm looking for a third tenant in a lovely 3BHK flat for a room with an attached en suite washroom.
It's at a premium location with no interference. You'd be living with 2 male working professionals in their 20s. The building has power backup and cool neighbors!
Rent = ₹15,000 (₹45000/3) + maintenance = ~ ₹833 (₹2,500/3)
Security = 2 months rent
It's a semi-furnished flat (cupboards, fans, 2 geysers included)

Kondapur
