*MALE REPLACEMENT NEEDED*
*Posting to help a friend*

Hi guys, I am looking for a male flatmate replacement for myself as I plan to move out from my current flat in Aditya Imperial Heights, Kondapur.

I am occupying one room and rest 2 are occupied by other 2 male flatmates.

It is a 3BHK flat with all attached washrooms, so no sharing of personal space.

It is on the 14th floor.

The hall is huge and so is the

kitchen (items that come with the setup cost are attached herewith).

The flat also comes with 2 car parkings. 🚗

I plan to move out ASAP, so let me know if any of yall would be interested to have a look and see if it works out for you.

DETAILS:

Rent: 18000 💸

House setup + Brokerage: 17000💸

Deposit: 28,666💰

All one time cost are refundable from your next replacement when you ple to move. That's what I did as well.

Setup and brokerage we can negotiate.

• Items in setup:

Single door fridge

Washing Machine

Microwave

Gas Stove

Toaster

Basic Kitchen Utensils
