- All 3 bedrooms have attached bathrooms, 1 bedroom is available for rent.

- Spacious kitchen with all the necessary facilities for cooking and cleaning.

- Refrigerator and washing machine available (rented from furlenco).

- Wi-Fi facility available.

- RO water purifier.

- Maid for daily sweeping, mopping, dusting and dishwashing, along with regular household cleaning.

About the existing flatmates:

The existing flatmates are working professionals from the IT industry. We're a friendly, easygoing and respectful of each other's space. We like keeping the flat comfortable, positive and drama-free.

We're looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, easygoing and free-spirited.

- Responsible and considerate towards everyone.

- Comfortable sharing common household expenses.

- Someone who believes in mutual understanding rather than keeping track of every little expense.

- Clean, cooperative and respectful of shared spaces.

We're not looking for someone who makes a big deal out of every small thing. The idea is to have a comfortable home where everyone lives freely and fairly, gets along well and enjoys living together.

At the end of the day, we're looking for a good flatmate, not just someone to share the rent with!

Rent: 13700

Maintenance: 4 to 5000 varies every month as per the society expenses. It will be split equally among all teammates.

Other expenses shared among everyone: Fridge, washing machine rent, maid salary, wifi bill, electricity bill, RO recharge, and some minor kitchen expenses.

Overall it would be around 16000 to 17000 per month.
