## **📌 HOUSE RULES – PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTACTING**

To ensure a comfortable living environment for everyone, we have a few house rules:
* Strictly no smoking or drinking inside the flat.
* House parties are strictly prohibited.
* Maintaining cleanliness and respecting shared spaces is non-negotiable.
* Cook, maid, Wi-Fi and bathroom cleaning are mandatory shared expenses.
* We prefer a peaceful, clean, comfortable and responsible living environment where everyone respects each other's space.
## 👭 WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're both Bengali and would prefer someone who shares a similar cultural background.

Ideally, we're looking for someone who is:
* Responsible and considerate.
* Clean and mindful of shared spaces.
* Easygoing and respectful of everyone's personal space.
* Comfortable living in a peaceful household.

## 💰 RENT & INITIAL MOVE-IN COSTS

Here's a complete breakdown of the initial expenses:
* Monthly rent: ₹14,691
* Security deposit: ₹26,066

* Half-month rent (15th–31st December): ₹7,345.50

**Initial move-in payment: ₹40,744.50**
## 🏠 EXISTING HOUSEHOLD PURCHASES – ONE-TIME CONTRIBUTION

We've already taken care of setting up the kitchen, so all the basic kitchen essentials are in place. **There is NO separate kitchen setup charge.**

Apart from that, we've also purchased a few household essentials, and their costs will be equally divided among all three flatmates.
